20 October 2022, PT. Abhimata Persada with Integrated Research (IR) as one of our partners are collaborating held a seminar with the theme “Now It Is Time for Real-Time Payment”, at AYANA Midplaza Hotel, Jakarta, Indonesia, attended by 12 Banking and Non-Bank Institutions.
Through this event, IR has officially launched its new solution, IR Transact for Real-Time Payment, which is able to provide monitoring capability and provide insight into Real-Time transactions, supporting the BI-FAST journey in Indonesia. As we welcoming our guest, Mrs. Elizabeth Dora as PTAP Sales and Retention Director stated that we are delighted with this new solution, which can help to support our project and provide conveniences to our clients.
Mr. David Guiver as IR Head of Product also asserted that this new solution is expected to monitor Real-Time Payment to ensure instant, easy, and validated tracking. The capability of this solution is to track every interaction with internal and external systems and every step in the workflow to ensure overall payments health and to capture the abnormality patterns that happen in a real-time payment, to ensure payments are not delayed, with delivering results to ensure fast identification and response to issues, benefit from service level tracking, and utilize analytics, to deliver optimal business results.
