Job Summary
As an IT Application Support, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of applications and systems, providing technical support, and resolving issues in accordance with company standards and service agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain application and database systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to applications or system errors.
- Ensure all issues are properly logged, documented, and reported accurately in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to provide effective and accurate solutions.
- Communicate with clients to gather detailed requirements, clarify activity scopes, and understand incident details.
- Ensure all activities and incident resolutions are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Provide ongoing application and system support to maintain operational stability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Network, System, or Database Administration (considered an advantage).
- Strong willingness to learn and explore new applications and systems.
- Experience in Application Support and Software Support is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is required.
- Knowledge of Oracle, Java, or C++ is a plus.
- Willing to work in shift-based schedules.
